James Stokoe
I have been in the homebuilding and real estate industry for over 16 years. After graduating from University High School and subsequently Gonzaga University, I was fortunate enough to receive my commission and serve in the United States Army. After my service, I worked for an amazing home builder in various positions. I had the fortunate opportunity to work primarily with the construction trades and subcontractors while working with the warranty/service department quality assurance, sales, marketing, purchasing, development and numerous other departments, organizations and jurisdictions. Upon moving back to Spokane in 2014, I decided to start my own small business.
I am passionate about homes, design and creativity. I have taken a very hands-on approach to my general contracting business, reworking spaces and coming up with solutions to fit my wonderful clients' needs. I have also been designing and drafting homes and spaces for years; my education in this area is based on real world experience and my constant desire to educate myself on products, processes and finding solutions to problems and scenarios that inevitably present during the design and execution process.
I take a personalized approach to my business. It's not about a great quantity at a time; relationships take time so I prefer to invest that time. I look to find a deeper understanding in order to know how you want to live and the small things I can do that will make a difference to you every day.
Away from the hammers and computer, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my favorite lady, take care of our little fury friends, and much more.
